Prime rib is a giant rib-eye steak that is slow roasted in an oven rather than grilled. The best tasting beef is the eye of rib free from a direct flame cooked medium-rare and dipped in salty au jus. The scoring of restaurants is based on the taste of the prime rib and the overall dining experience. With all of the roasting going on in America, society is demanding the PRA.
